Juan supports child care professionals in navigating facility projects and accessing capital through BuildUp Oregon. With a background in construction and a passion for community advocacy, he brings both technical expertise and a hands-on approach to his work.

Known for his reliability, compassion, and sense of humor, Juan is dedicated to helping providers turn their visions into reality. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, preferably outdoors and always over good food.
